Safely and efficiently vent contaminated process air

Does your production or research process generate corrosive fumes, acids, or solvents that need to be properly vented? Then you don’t need a short-term solution—you need a system that will operate reliably for years, requires minimal maintenance, reduces energy costs, and doesn’t compromise the safety of your employees. That’s exactly why Beck has been developing plastic ventilation components for over 60 years.

Your Industry. Your Challenges. Our Solutions.

Whether it’s electroplating, pharmaceutical manufacturing, laboratory facilities, biotech, or semiconductor manufacturing—every environment has its own specific requirements for chemical resistance, purity, and safety. Beck understands these requirements from decades of practical experience and has developed the right solution for every industry.

Find your application area and learn which products and materials are recommended for your specific situation:

Durability that pays off. Efficiency throughout the entire service life.

Metal systems corrode, wear out, and cause unplanned downtime. Beck components made of high-quality thermoplastics are permanently resistant to nearly all aggressive media and, thanks to flow-optimized geometries, are also more energy-efficient than conventional alternatives. What may seem like a higher initial investment at first glance quickly pays for itself: longer service life, less maintenance, no unplanned downtime, and lower operating costs thanks to pressure-loss-optimized geometries. Over their entire lifecycle, Beck components are the more economical choice.

If your existing system needs to be expanded or modified, our saddle fittings and saddle pieces allow you to add branch lines retroactively without shutting down the system. To learn how this works in practice, read our blog post on system expansion without interrupting operations.

FAQ – Additional Information for Users

Thermoplastic materials are permanently resistant to most acids, alkalis, and solvents—in other words, in environments where stainless steel or galvanized sheet metal would quickly corrode. In addition, Beck components are lighter, easier to install, and more energy-efficient thanks to their flow-optimized geometries.

This depends on the medium used, the temperature, and, if applicable, ATEX requirements (explosion protection). Beck offers PP, PPs, PPs-el (conductive for ATEX zones), PVDF (for maximum chemical resistance), and other materials. Our sales team will be happy to advise you on this at any time.

Yes. With Beck's saddle fittings and saddle pieces, you can install additional branches without having to dismantle the existing piping system. See the blog post for more details.

Beck systems are designed for durability and easy maintenance. Cleaning access points allow for inspection without having to disassemble the entire system. The EffiTech plug-in system can be disassembled at any time without tools and is reusable.
