Beck bends have a flow-optimized design, which significantly reduces pressure loss in the ventilation system and noticeably lowers the energy consumption of your system. The segment-free, seamless design means there are no edges or weld seams on the inside that could disrupt the air flow. This results in up to 30% higher energy efficiency compared to conventional segmented bends. The homogeneous inner surface also prevents the build-up of particles and makes cleaning easier, which is particularly important in hygienically demanding areas such as laboratories and clean rooms.

Our bends are made from high-quality thermoplastic materials that offer exceptional resistance to aggressive and corrosive media. Depending on your requirements, you can choose between different materials: PVC for general applications (up to 50°C), PPs for flame-retardant versions, PP for higher temperatures (up to 80°C), PE for lower temperatures (down to -20°C), PPs-el for electrostatic dissipative properties and PVDF for the highest chemical and thermal loads (up to 120°C). This variety of materials enables optimal use in chemical laboratories, electroplating plants, semiconductor industries and other demanding environments where metallic components would corrode quickly.

The sophisticated connection concept of our bends enables easy integration into existing ventilation systems. In addition to the classic socket design for gluing or welding, Beck also offers the innovative EffiTech plug-in system, which drastically reduces installation time. The high dimensional accuracy of the components guarantees a perfect fit and minimizes installation work. Thanks to the wall thicknesses of 3 mm or DIN 4741 (depending on the material) and the low-stress production, Beck bends are characterized by an exceptionally long service life - even under extreme conditions. This reduces maintenance costs and system failures to a minimum and ensures sustainable operation of your ventilation system.
