Our Beck roof passages are adapted precisely to the specific requirements of your roof construction. The length "L" is individually dimensioned according to the roof thickness and roof pitch, ensuring an optimum fit and secure integration into the building envelope. When ordering, simply specify the roof pitch angle and the roof panel can be modified according to individual requirements if desired. This enables precise adaptation to different roof coverings such as trapezoidal sheet metal, corrugated sheets, foils or bitumen sheets. The vertical alignment of the roof penetration ensures optimum water drainage and prevents waterlogging in the area of the penetration. When designed as a sleeve pipe, the diameter should be selected one nominal width larger in order to provide sufficient space for the pipe to be fed through and at the same time enable easy installation.

Beck roof passages are precision-manufactured plastic molded parts for the secure routing of pipes through flat or pitched roofs in ventilation systems for chemically contaminated process air. These robust components are machined up to >DN 1000 mm and are characterized by a minimum wall thickness of 3 mm in accordance with DIN 4741. Available in various thermoplastic materials - PVC-U (RAL 7011), PVC-UV stabilized (white), PPs (RAL 7037), PP (RAL 7032), PE (black), PPs-el (black) and PVDF (natural) - they offer optimum chemical resistance for every application. The roof lead-throughs can be designed as a casing pipe and the length is individually adapted to the roof thickness and roof pitch, whereby the roof panel can be modified to customer specifications on request.
Material expertise for aggressive media: seven optimized materials
The roof passages are made from carefully selected thermoplastic materials that offer exceptional resistance to aggressive and corrosive media. Depending on the area of application and chemical load, you can choose between different materials: PVC-U (iron grey RAL 7011) for general applications up to 50°C, PVC-UV stabilized (white) for highly sun-exposed locations, PPs (dust grey RAL 7037) for flame-retardant versions in accordance with DIN 4102 B1, PP (pebble grey RAL 7032) for elevated temperatures up to 80°C, PE (black) for lower temperatures down to -20°C, PPs-el (black) for electrostatic dissipative properties and PVDF (natural) for the highest chemical and thermal requirements up to 120°C. This variety of materials makes our roof passages the ideal choice for the safe passage of aggressive process air in chemical laboratories, pharmaceutical plants and other demanding environments in which metallic components would corrode quickly.
Perfect integration in the overall Beck system
The Beck roof passages are part of a well-thought-out overall concept and can be optimally combined with other Beck components. For a completely rainproof installation, we recommend the addition of a Beck rain collar, which is welded to the corresponding through-pipe and reliably prevents rainwater from entering the roof penetration. Precise manufacturing ensures a perfect fit with Beck pipes, fittings and roof hoods, resulting in a fully chemical-resistant system. By using the same materials for all components, material incompatibilities and galvanic corrosion are avoided. The consistently high "Made in Germany" quality ensures a long service life and operational reliability even under extreme weather conditions and heavy chemical loads. The robust design with a minimum wall thickness of 3 mm in accordance with DIN 4741 offers sufficient stability and mechanical strength for a durable, low-maintenance installation.
