Our pipes are made from carefully selected thermoplastic materials that offer outstanding resistance to aggressive and corrosive media. Different material variants are available depending on the area of application and chemical load: PVC in iron gray (RAL 7011) for general applications, PVC-UV in white for UV-exposed areas, PPs in dust gray (RAL 7037) for flame-retardant versions in accordance with fire class V-0 (US standard UL 94), PP in pebble gray (RAL 7032) for increased temperature resistance, PE in black for lower temperatures, PPs-el in black with a surface resistance of approx. 10⁵ Ohm for electrostatically dissipative applications and PVDF in natural (FM 4910 listed) for the highest chemical requirements. This variety of materials enables optimum use in chemical laboratories, pharmaceutical plants, the semiconductor industry and other demanding environments where metallic components would corrode quickly.

Beck pipes are precision-manufactured ducting elements made from high-quality thermoplastics. These basic components of every ventilation system are available in different material variants: PVC (up to 50°C), PPs (flame-retardant), PP (up to 80°C), PE (down to -20°C), PPs-el (electrostatically dissipative) and PVDF (highly chemical-resistant up to 120°C). The pipes are available in diameters from 32 mm to 1200 mm and are characterized by their uniform wall thickness, smooth inner surface and precise dimensional accuracy. They can be connected to all Beck fittings by welding, gluing or the innovative EffiTech plug-in system and thus form the basis for a complete, chemically resistant ventilation system.

Seamless integration into your ventilation system

Beck pipes are perfectly matched to all other components of the Beck ventilation system, ensuring seamless integration. The precise dimensional accuracy enables perfectly fitting connections with fittings such as bends, T-pieces, reducers and branches. Depending on requirements, various connection techniques can be used: conventional welding or gluing for permanent connections or the innovative EffiTech push-fit system with 5-fold lip seal, which enables a flexible, removable connection and facilitates the replacement or expansion of system components without destruction - ideal for systems that are subject to frequent changes or are to be expanded in the future. The pipes can easily be combined with components such as dampers, volume flow controllers or silencers to create a complete, functional system.

Optimum flow characteristics for maximum energy efficiency

Beck ducts are characterized by their uniform wall thickness and particularly smooth inner surface, which minimizes flow losses. The precise production prevents diameter jumps or unevenness at the joints, which could disrupt the air flow and increase pressure loss. This flow-optimized design significantly reduces the energy requirement for fans and blowers and thus lowers the operating costs of the entire system. The low surface roughness of the plastic ducts also prevents the build-up of particles and makes cleaning easier, which is particularly advantageous in hygienically demanding areas. The high dimensional accuracy of the ducts ensures constant flow conditions throughout the entire system and thus contributes to uniform extraction - a decisive factor for the safe ventilation of chemical process air in laboratories and industrial applications where precisely defined air exchange rates must be maintained.
