Our silencers are characterized by their flow-optimized design, which significantly reduces the pressure loss in the system. The precisely coordinated arrangement of the perforated plate and the insulating material minimizes turbulence and ensures an even air flow with maximum sound insulation. The perfectly balanced insulating effect in various frequency ranges ensures efficient noise reduction without unnecessary flow losses. The careful dimensioning of the silencers enables an optimum balance between acoustic effectiveness and low flow resistance, which significantly reduces the power consumption of the fans.

Our Beck silencers are highly efficient components for reducing noise in ventilation systems for chemically contaminated process air. These tubular silencers use the principle of sound absorption by converting sound energy into heat energy. The technically sophisticated design with outer casing, perforated plate, insulating wool and protective foil ensures optimum insulation values with minimal flow losses. Available in different versions with a packing thickness of 50 or 100 and in lengths of 750 to 1500 mm, they offer the right solution for every application. Depending on your requirements, you can choose between different thermoplastic materials: PVC, PVC-UV, PP, PPs, PPs-el and PE. All variants are available with sockets, flanges, straight ends or the innovative EffiTech push-fit system up to Ø 315 mm.

Material-specific designs for maximum chemical resistance

Beck silencers are made from high-quality thermoplastic materials that offer exceptional resistance to aggressive and corrosive media. Mineral wool is used as an insulating material for chemical loads and moisture in the exhaust air, which is permanently protected against moisture by a chemically resistant plastic film. The selection of the correct packing thickness has a significant influence on sound insulation and is an important factor in reducing the noise level of the overall system. The various materials available - PVC, PVC-UV, PP, PPs, PPs-el and PE - enable use in almost any industrial environment, from the semiconductor industry to chemical laboratories and pharmaceutical production facilities.

Flexible adaptation to any application situation

Thanks to their modular concept, our sound attenuators offer maximum flexibility when adapting to specific acoustic requirements and spatial conditions. The level of sound attenuation can be precisely regulated using two parameters: The packing thickness (50 or 100 packing) and the silencer length (750, 1000, 1250 or 1500 mm). The 100 mm packing is the standard version for optimum attenuation values. Various connection types - sockets, flange, straight end, socket on one side, flange on one side or pipe connection - enable problem-free integration into existing systems. The availability of the EffiTech plug-in system up to Ø 315 mm enables quick, tool-free installation and significantly reduces installation costs. This versatility makes Beck silencers the ideal solution for complex ventilation systems where individual adaptations to different noise sources and spatial restrictions are required.
