The T-pieces and especially the Y-pipes from Beck are characterized by their flow-optimized design, which minimizes turbulence and significantly reduces pressure loss. Y-pipes offer a particularly favorable flow pattern thanks to their special geometry with evenly tapered circular bends. While T-pieces have a classic 90° outlet, Y-pipes are ideal for applications where the flow resistance must be minimized thanks to their uniform Y-shape and the defined suction side with two inlet sides. The seamless production without segments for larger dimensions also avoids interfering edges on the inside and contributes to optimum flow guidance.

Beck offers an impressive variety of connection variants and designs that enable optimum adaptation to any system configuration. T-pieces are available in symmetrical versions and with reduced outlets, while both symmetrical and asymmetrical variants with reduced outlets can be manufactured for Y-pipes. The innovative EffiTech plug-in system with 5-fold lip seal revolutionizes installation by making it child's play to plug together without welding or gluing. The elastomer lip seal also makes it possible to connect different pipe materials such as plastic, stainless steel, aluminum, steel or sheet metal. The system remains absolutely tight up to a negative overpressure of 10,000 Pa - ideal for critical applications in laboratories and the chemical industry.

The production from high-quality thermoplastics ensures exceptional resistance to aggressive and corrosive media. Depending on the area of application and chemical load, you can choose between different materials: PVC for general applications, PPs for flame-retardant versions, PP for elevated temperatures, PE for lower temperatures, PPs-el for electrostatic dissipative properties and PVDF for the highest chemical requirements. The minimum wall thickness of 3 mm meets the requirements of DIN 4741 and guarantees high stability and durability. When using PPs-el, the 5-fold lip seal of the EffiTech push-fit system is made of an electrically conductive base polymer, enabling it to be used in explosion-proof areas. This material expertise makes Beck a reliable partner for demanding sectors such as pharmaceuticals, biotech, the chemical industry and universities.
