The classic sockets for welding or gluing ensure a permanent, firm connection for static installations. Particularly noteworthy is the innovative double socket with 5-fold lip seal of the EffiTech plug-in system, which enables tool-free installation by simply plugging together. This patented technology has an internal pipe guide stop and a molded elastomer lip seal that easily compensates for variations in the pipe outside diameter within the DIN tolerances. With this versatility, Beck covers every requirement, from permanent installation to a flexible solution for frequent conversions where components need to be dismantled and reused without damage.

Sockets and end caps from Beck are made from carefully selected thermoplastic materials that offer excellent resistance to aggressive media. Depending on the area of application and chemical load, you can choose between different materials: PVC (RAL 7011) for general applications, PVC-UV stabilized (white) for external areas, PPs (RAL 7037) for flame-retardant designs, PP (RAL 7032) for elevated temperatures up to 80°C, PE (black) for lower temperatures down to -20°C, PPs-el (black) for electrostatic dissipative properties and PVDF (natural) for the highest chemical and thermal requirements up to 120°C. When using the PPs-el material in the EffiTech push-fit system, the 5-fold lip seal consists of an electrically conductive base polymer, which enables it to be used in explosion-protected areas. This sophisticated choice of material guarantees optimum protection when venting aggressive process media in laboratories and the chemical and pharmaceutical industries.

The sleeves and end caps from Beck are characterized by their high-precision manufacturing, which ensures a perfect fit and optimal flow properties. The injection-molded components up to DN 400 offer consistently high quality with smooth inner surfaces that minimize flow losses and contribute to energy savings of up to 30%. The precisely maintained minimum wall thickness of 3 mm or DIN 4741 ensures the necessary stability and durability, even under demanding operating conditions. With the double socket with 5-fold lip seal, the specially designed internal stop ensures automatic correct alignment of the pipe-socket connection and therefore optimum flow characteristics. The tightness up to a negative overpressure of 10,000 Pa makes these components the safe choice for critical applications where absolute reliability is required.
