The EffiTech plug-in system revolutionizes the installation process with its unparalleled simplicity. Installation is completely tool-free and can be carried out by simply plugging them together by hand, even in hard-to-reach places. The pipe ends are simply deburred slightly and then pushed into the push-fit socket until you feel the stop. An internal stop automatically ensures correct alignment, eliminating the need for time-consuming adjustment. This user-friendly handling allows flexible deployment of personnel without specialist knowledge and reduces installation time by up to 70% compared to conventional welded joints. The support rings in the sockets stabilize the diameter during transport and should only be removed shortly before installation.

The EffiTech push-fit system overcomes the barriers of traditional connection techniques thanks to its ability to easily connect different pipe materials. This hybrid technology makes it possible, for example, to add a flow-optimized plastic exhaust hood to an existing sheet metal duct without complicated transition pieces. The 5-fold lip seal made of specially developed elastomer ensures absolute tightness up to a negative overpressure of 10,000 Pa and offers excellent resistance to all common chemicals. In the electrically conductive PPs-el version, the lip seal is made of an electrically conductive base polymer, which enables it to be used in explosion-protected areas. The system is optimized for use in laboratories, the chemical and pharmaceutical industries and in semiconductor production - wherever aggressive media need to be transported safely.

The EffiTech plug-in system offers unparalleled flexibility in system construction and subsequent modifications. The fittings can be exchanged and reused as required, which enables conversion without destroying the components. The extensive range includes pipe bends from 15° to 90°, double sockets, symmetrical reducers and T-pieces at 45° and 90°, each in various dimensions. The form-fitting connection with the sealing lips positioned at an angle to the axial direction ensures increasing contact pressure at higher loads - the stronger the pressure, the tighter the connection. This clever design, combined with the energy efficiency of flow-optimized molded parts (up to 30% savings), significantly reduces the total cost of ownership. The combination of reduced installation time, no need for welding work and the durability of the components makes the EffiTech push-fit system the most economical solution for modern ventilation systems.
