Beck sleeves reliably absorb thermally induced stresses, compensate for installation inaccuracies and dampen vibrations from fans and other equipment. All types can accommodate axial (longitudinal), angular (angled) and lateral (sideways) changes to the pipe axis, which offers maximum flexibility during system installation. The 3 mm thick Wellflex collars are 6-fold corrugated and are available from DN 110 to DN 1400, while the 6 mm thick variants are 4-fold corrugated and can be supplied from DN 450 to DN 1400. Particularly noteworthy are the ball collars, which have been specially designed for connections with a flange or clamping band. With a flanged connection, no additional flat gasket is required and the seamless design ensures that there is no cross-sectional constriction, which minimizes flow resistance and increases the energy efficiency of the overall system.

Beck sleeves are flexible connecting elements for compensating for changes in position and for decoupling vibrations in ventilation and air-conditioning systems with round cross-sections. The product portfolio comprises three different designs: Spherical collars, which do not change the cross-section, corrugated flex collars (6-fold corrugated in 3 mm thickness or 4-fold corrugated in 6 mm thickness) and smooth collars. They are available in three material variants: PVC soft (65° Shore, gray RAL 7011), PP base elastomer (64° Shore, black) and an electrically conductive material (60° Shore, black). Various connection variants are available depending on requirements: With flange, sleeve or for fastening with clamping strap.
Chemical resistance thanks to high-quality materials
The Beck sleeves are manufactured on specially developed automatic welding machines that guarantee consistently high quality. Depending on the area of application and chemical load, you can choose between three different materials: The standard soft PVC with 65° Shore in gray (RAL 7011) is suitable for most applications with normal chemical exposure. For more demanding environments, the PP base elastomer with 64° Shore in black is available, which offers increased temperature and chemical resistance. In areas where electrostatic charging must be avoided, the electrically conductive material with 60° Shore in black is used. This variety of materials makes Beck sleeves the ideal choice for the safe transportation of aggressive process media in chemical laboratories, pharmaceutical plants and other demanding industrial environments where conventional materials would quickly reach their limits.
Individual adaptability for customized solutions
Beck offers an extensive range of standard collars, but also responds flexibly to special requests. The ball cuffs are available with socket or flange connections as well as for fastening with a tensioning strap. Various versions of Wellflex collars are available, including special versions such as double expansion joints with or without inner pipe. For special expansion joints, Beck offers a wide range of special solutions that can be tailored precisely to your individual requirements.
