The Beck volume flow controllers impress with their flow-optimized design, which significantly reduces the energy consumption of your ventilation system. The precise shape of the Venturi nozzle ensures minimal flow resistance and therefore low pressure loss. This saves energy when conveying the air and significantly reduces operating costs. The ultra-short version in particular, in which the damper blade is located in the diffuser section of the Venturi nozzle, combines the most precise differential pressure determination with the shortest design and quickest control time. The high-precision Venturi nozzle also does not need to be cleaned, which also contributes to efficiency.

The flow regulators are made from high-quality, chemically resistant thermoplastic materials such as PVC, PVC-UV, PP, PPs, PPs-el, PE and PVDF. This enables safe use even with highly corrosive process media. In the tight-closing version to DIN EN 1751, the damper blade is sealed by a molded-on sealing lip made of chemically resistant elastic material. This design is only manufactured in the flange version to ensure ring rigidity.

Our volume flow controllers offer a high control accuracy of ±5% (depending on the make of the controller) and are precisely adjusted on a separate measuring section. Installation is considerably simplified by precisely fitting sleeves or an uncomplicated plug-in system, which significantly reduces installation costs. The regulators are available in different versions - from the standard version to the tight-closing version, which is particularly suitable for critical applications. The maintenance-free design and robust construction ensure reliable operation over long periods of time.
