Beck flanges are precision-manufactured connecting elements made from thermoplastics for detachable connections in ventilation systems for venting chemically contaminated process air. These high-quality components are available as socket flanges or blind flanges, each with or without screw holes. Manufactured from PVC, PVC-UV PPs, PP, PE, PPs-el or PVDF, they offer optimum chemical resistance in aggressive environments. The flanges comply with current industry standards for bolt circle diameters and drill holes, whereby the screw hole version is available at no extra cost. They are available in dimensions from DN 50 to >DN 1000 and are characterized by their dimensionally accurate production and high-quality surfaces.

Our flanges make it easy to dismantle and reuse ventilation components without damaging the parts - a decisive advantage during maintenance work, system expansions or conversions. The sophisticated design ensures a consistently high level of tightness even with frequent disconnection and connection. Unlike welded or bonded connections, components connected with flanges can be separated at any time without causing damage. This not only facilitates inspections and cleaning work, but also allows the system to be flexibly adapted to changing requirements. The various flange designs - from socket flanges with integrated connection sleeves to blind flanges for sealing pipe ends - offer suitable solutions for every installation situation. During production, particular emphasis is placed on flat, parallel sealing surfaces which, together with suitable flat gaskets, ensure reliable sealing even with aggressive media.

Beck flanges are manufactured from carefully selected thermoplastic materials that offer outstanding resistance to aggressive and corrosive media. Depending on the area of application and chemical load, you can choose between different materials: PVC (gray) for general applications up to 50°C, PPs (dusty gray) for flame-retardant versions, PP (pebble gray) for elevated temperatures up to 80°C, PE (black) for lower temperatures down to -20°C, PPs-el (black) for electrostatic dissipative properties with a surface resistance of approx. 10⁵ Ohm and PVDF (natural) for the highest chemical and thermal requirements up to 120°C. This variety of materials makes Beck flanges the ideal choice for the safe transportation of aggressive process media in chemical laboratories, pharmaceutical plants, the semiconductor industry and other demanding environments where metallic components would corrode quickly. The material-specific properties are taken into account in the design to achieve optimum strength and tightness while keeping the weight low.

The Beck flanges are characterized by their high-precision manufacturing, which ensures a perfect fit and problem-free installation. The carefully machined sealing surfaces ensure optimum contact of the flat gasket and minimize the risk of leaks even in the event of strong pressure fluctuations or vibrations. The standardized hole patterns comply with common industry standards and allow the gasket to be combined with components from other manufacturers. The advantage of thermoplastic materials is particularly evident in larger dimensions due to their low weight, which makes handling and installation considerably easier. The high-quality surfaces are free of pores or inclusions that could represent potential weak points. With their precise manufacturing and optimized design, Beck flanges contribute to the overall efficiency of the ventilation system by minimizing pressure losses and ensuring a flow-optimized connection of the components. The uniform quality and dimensional accuracy reduce installation work and ensure long-term, low-maintenance operational reliability of the entire system.
